What is a brake disc

Replacement mileage of brake disc
Generally speaking, the brake pads (that is, the two pads in the brake caliper) need to be replaced about 30000 or 40000 km, while the replacement mileage of the brake disc is generally about 70000 or 80000 km. Of course, the replacement mileage is not absolutely absolute. It is determined by the owner's own driving habits (whether he likes sudden braking), road conditions and other factors.
Under what circumstances do you need to replace the brake disc
1. In addition to the mileage mentioned above, if the warning light of the brake disc is on, it indicates that the loss has reached the limit and needs to be replaced immediately.
2. Check whether there are deep grooves on the brake disc. When the combined thickness of deep grooves on both sides exceeds 3mm, the brake disc needs to be replaced.
3. If the replacement frequency of the brake pad is very high, you can observe the thickness of the brake pad more. If the brake disc is worn too much, it also needs to be replaced in time, because the wear of the brake pad and the brake disc generally correspond
Four brake pads do not need to be replaced at the same time, but the brake pads cannot be replaced alone. It is better to replace a pair.
